Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to move an appropriate application at an appropriate stage. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the proceedings before the Trial Court may be expedited. 2.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
