On advance notice respondents have put in appearance. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 submits that the accreditation status has been granted to the petitioner on 23.02.2017; the file of the petitioner has been forwarded to respondent no.1. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 points out that respondent no.1 will take steps in accordance with law and pass

appropriate orders qua the case of the petitioner expeditiously. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
