% 12.09.2017 One Vishnu Dev, s/o Bhumneshwar Prasad has approached this Court through the petitioner - Pawan Putrarehri Patri Khomcha Sangh- to complain that the officers of the respondents are obstructing him from carrying out his vending activities from the footpath of Ram Vihar, near Kothi Number 197, opposite Surajmal Vihar Chowki, Delhi 110092 by respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the stand taken by respondent Nos.1 and 2 in the counter-affidavit, he does not press this petition. The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. CM No.32564/2017 Dismissed as not pressed.
