% 06.07.2018 Learned APP for the State has informed that charge sheet has already been filed in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate on 05.07.2018. The matter is coming up on 23.07.2018.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition but the interim protection against arrest which was earlier ordered may be extended till 23.07.2018 when the petitioner intends to appear before the court of cognizance. The petition along with accompanying application is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim protection against petitioner shall enure to the benefit of the petitioner till 23.07.2018.
