% 07.11.2017 Counsel for the petitioners submits that name of the petitioners found mentioned in the list of 628 street vendors prepared by NDMC. The complaint of the petitioners is that they have been removed from the vending site at Sarojini Nagar by the officials of the respondent. Counsel for the respondent / NDMC submits that the petitioners were removed as they were blocking the free movement of pedestrians. At this stage, counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be satisfied if they are allotted a site at Laxmi Bai Nagar. Counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that since the petitioners are regular street

vendors and their names found mentioned in the list of 628, they may be considered for allotment of a site at Laxmi Bai Nagar. Binding the statements made by the counsels for the parties, the writ petition is allowed in above terms. Let a site be provided to the petitioners within two weeks from today subject to the petitioners approaching the NDMC. The writ petition stands disposed of.
