The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 03.08.2017 passed by the respondent No. 3 whereby the petitioner was blacklisted from participating in the further business of the respondent No. 2 & 3 indefinitely. 2.

In essence, learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the impugned order is disproportionate inasmuch the banning of the petitioner has been done without dealing with the contentions raised in the reply provided by the petitioner to the show cause notice. Additionally, it is contended that the impugned order does not conform to the respondents' own guidelines on the subject. As such, the impugned order does not record any specific findings or any of the contentions advanced by the petitioners. 3.

On the last date of hearing, the respondents took time to obtain instructions.

Today, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents have no objection if the duration of the impugned order The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. is restricted up to 11.09.2017, when the same was stayed by this Court while issuing notice.

Needless to state, this Court has not gone into the validity and propriety of the said order.
