However, the same is not on record. Let the same be placed on record by the Registry.
Counsel for the petitioner states that she has received an advance copy of the reply and looking to the aforesaid statement she does not wish to press this petition any further since the same has become infructuous whilst reserving the petitioner's right to seek W.P.(C) 8288/2015
redressal of any further grievance, in case, any cause of action were to arise in future and as per law.
