By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to control the rate of operation charges, Doctor visiting charges, Nursing charges and room charges and to fix a policy for controlling the rate of all types of charges which are being charged by hospitals during the treatment and related matters. 2.

It appears that the representations made by the petitioner in this regard have not been considered by the respondents. 3.

We, therefore, dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent No.1- Union of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi as well as the Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, W.P.(C) No.8620/2017 Pg.1 of 2

9th Level, A-Wing, I.P. Extension, Delhi Secretariat, Delhi - 110002, which are represented before us on advance notice, to treat this petition as representation and take a view in this matter within four months form today.

The decision taken by the respondents shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
