% 11.10.2018 According to the petitioner, two cases numbered: C.C. Nos. 632163/16 and 612958/16, pertaining to the same property, the same parties and the same lis, are pending before the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate-02 (South East), Saket District Courts, New Delhi. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that a similar lis bearing C.C. No.469777/16 is pending between the parties before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (South), Saket District Courts, New Delhi. The petitioner requests that this third case be transferred to the aforesaid former court.

Accordingly, the latter case i.e. C.C. No.469777/16 is transferred from the court of the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (South), Saket District Courts, New Delhi to the aforesaid court of Metropolitan Magistrate-02 (South East) Saket District Courts. The records of the transferred case shall be reached to the latter court within a month from today. The parties shall appear before the latter court on 03.12.2018. The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
