% 31.01.2018 1) Mr. Gaurav Mitra, who appears for the petitioner says that he does not want to press the contempt petition. He says he will put the settlement proposal to the petitioning creditor i.e., Sh. Shahi Exports Private Ltd.

2) At the moment, this Court has nothing before it by way of a proposal for settlement and therefore, no observation can be made based on a mere contention advanced in this behalf by Mr. Gaurav Mitra.

3) The Contempt Petition is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as prayed.
