% 26.11.2018 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass an Award adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.

The learned counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court.

Having perused the contents of the petition and also the no objection given by the counsel for the respondent, the time for making of the Award by the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a further period of one year with effect from 1st December, 2018.
