% 23.05.2019 Quashing of RC No. 8(S)/06-SCB-I/DLI under Sections 120B/420/467/468/471 of IPC & Sections 12(2) r/w Section 13(1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 is sought on merits. After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise the pleas taken herein before trial court.
