We have heard learned counsels.

The appellant seeks regular bail in the case. The earlier application preferred by the appellant to seek bail, being Crl.M.B. No. 5860/2020, was rejected as late as on 30.04.2020. There is no change of circumstances. The appellant is the main accused in the case. It is the appellant who has fired

upon the deceased. Pertinently, there are two earlier cases registered against the appellant in relation to the attacks made on the victim and the victim's family.
