% 10.01.2019 Counter affidavit is said to have been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 but the same is not available on record, due to certain objections raised by the Registry. Respondents 2, 3 and 4 are directed to remove the objections and ensure that the counter affidavit is brought on record.
In the meanwhile, on the basis of advance copy of the counter affidavit, petitioner has filed the rejoinder. In the counter affidavit and rejoinder, certain averments have been made to which the Delhi Police and
respondent No.1 want to file their response. They may do so before the next date of hearing.
In the meanwhile, if advised, the petitioner may implead the National Highways Authority of India, else this matter shall proceed at the risk of the petitioner.
