% 18.01.2016 This petition is moved by ten petitioners, aggrieved of the stoppage of Swantantra Sainani Samman Pension Scheme that has been stopped by the respondent.
They pray that the pension be revived.
Counsel for the petitioner states, on instructions, that he would be content if the writ petition is treated by the first respondent as a representation and the matter decided within three months from today. This suggestion is accepted by the counsel for the respondent, while reserving the right of the respondent to seek all further information, clarification etc., from all or any of the petitioners in case it is necessary to do so. Learned counsel for the petitioners says all further information that may be required shall be duly supplied to the respondent. It is, therefore, ordered accordingly and the writ petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms while reserving the right of the
petitioners to take appropriate action as per law; and as they may be advised, in case any grievance remains after the decision of the respondents.
The petition stands disposed off.
