O R D E R

% 27.01.2020 Mr. Tyagi, ld. Amicus Curiae, on instructions, submits that the peaceful vacant possession of the subject property has been handed over to the petitioner. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner concedes to that effect. He also comes forward to submit that the respondent being a divorcee with a small daughter, he has instructions from the petitioner to state that any claim towards use and occupation charges of the subject premises till vacation by the respondent, is not pressed and is waived. Taking note of the totality of facts and circumstances, the contempt proceedings are dropped.
