1. The Court has been shown a copy of the communication dated 9th February 2019 addressed by Mr. Vivek Kumar Singh DC (Law) in the office of the Inspector General of Police, Northern Sector, CRPF, to the counsel for the Respondents stating inter alia that the revised cadre review proposal of Para Medical Staff has been submitted to MHA on 15th January 2019 and that the decision thereon is pending.

2. In that view of the matter, it is directed that the MHA will initiate the cadre review in terms of the proposal submitted by the CRPF unit not later than two months from today and complete it not later than four months thereafter.

3. If the above directions are not complied with, it will be open to the Petitioners to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
