% 08.08.2018 I.A.10478/2018 Present application has been filed by the plaintiffs seeking a decree of the present suit in terms of the settlement application filed before the Division Bench as well as for refund of half of the court fees.

Keeping in view of the fact that the FAO(OS) 247/2016 has already been disposed of in terms of the joint compromise application, which specifically provides that the present suit shall also be decreed in terms of the said settlement, present suit is also decreed in accordance with CM 9943/2017 in FAO (OS) 247/2016.
