% 28.08.2015 Issue notice. Ms. Barkha Babbar, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents accepts notice.

The petitioner's grievance is that his statutory complaint addressed to the Ministry of Defence, Central Government dated 21.11.2014 remains unattended and this has been affecting his promotional prospects adversely.

Considering the limited relief claimed, the respondents are hereby directed to deal with the statutory complaint on its merits and indicate the decision and the brief reasons, in case the same is adverse to the petitioner, within four weeks from today as any delay in this

regard will naturally affect the petitioner's further career prospects adversely.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Order dasti.
