% 15.02.2016 Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the settlement has been arrived at between the parties in mediation vide Settlement Agreement dated 14th January 2016, duly signed by the respective parties and their respective counsel as well as the learned Mediator is found on record. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. In view of the aforesaid, the suit of the plaintiff is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties and the parties shall remain bound by the same.
