The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the respondents be directed to allow the petitioner to submit her application for Chief Minister's Urban Leaders Fellowship Programme, as the same could not be submitted online. In view of the averments made in the petition, this Court had passed an order on 14.11.2018 directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application along with her Essay, which was sent by her by an email on 14.11.2018.

It is stated that in compliance with the aforesaid direction, respondent no.3 had evaluated the Essay of the petitioner, however, the petitioner was not shortlisted. It is stated that the petitioner's score on account of education

and work experience was evaluated at 23.32, which was below the cut off of 28.33.

Since the petitioner's application has been duly considered and evaluated, the present petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
