Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the FIR as his name has surfaced only in the disclosure statement of Azam, who has stated that petitioner had brought the petrol and motorbike. Learned APP does not dispute that the role of petitioner has surfaced only in the disclosure statement of co-accused Azam, who has
already been granted bail. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
Application is disposed of.
