By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner has made the following prayer:- a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s, Order/s,direction/s directing the respondent for deciding the representation/complaint dated 6th August, 2015 made by the petitioner in accordance with law with written intimation to the petitioner herein. 2.

On 4th December, 2015, learned ASC for the State informed that the representation submitted by the petitioner had already been disposed of. Thereafter, direction was given to the State to place on record copy of the orders passed by the Competent Authority in this regard. 3.

Today learned ASC for the State has placed on record the copies of the order disposing of the representation submitted by the respondents along W.P.(CRL) 1870/2015

with typed copies thereof.

Copy of the report has also been supplied to the proxy counsel for the petitioner.

Since as per the report submitted today, the departmental enquiry and vigilance enquiry has already been conducted against SI Amit Kumar and no new facts were mentioned in the complaint, the decision has been taken that it does not warrant revisiting the matter hence the complaint was filed. 6.

The prayer made in the petition was regarding disposal of the representation dated 6th August, 2015.

Since representation has already been disposed of, nothing further survives in this writ petition and the same is hereby dismissed. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
