WP(C) 8274/2015 & CM 17439/2015 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall move a representation before the appropriate competent authority for refund of the amount of Rs 20 crores which, according to him, is admittedly due to the petitioner in respect of the assessment year 2008-09.

The representation shall be moved within a week and the same shall be disposed of by the competent authority within two weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of.
