% 11.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole to re-establish ties. As per the nominal roll the conduct of the petitioner in the jail is unsatisfactory and he has been awarded multiple punishments. The petitioner was awarded as many as 4 punishments in the year 2015, one in the year 2016 and one on 18th January, 2017.
Learned counsel for the State on instructions based on the communication dated 14th July, 2017 of the competent authority also states that one punishment was awarded to the petitioner on 2nd February, 2017. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court finds that the order passed by the competent authority declining to grant parole to the petitioner warrants no interference.
W.P.(CRL) 2636/2017
Petition is dismissed.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
