% 29.01.2018 Crl.M.A. 1634/2018 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.A. 1633/2018 By this application the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 29th November, 2017 by reduction of the amount of the surety amount. A perusal of the application reveals that earlier also the petitioner was granted parole by this Court vide order dated 7th July, 2015 on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Superintendent Tihar Jail which concession was not misused by the petitioner.
Considering the previous conduct of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is released regularly on parole and furloughs and there is no misuse of the concession, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner for a period of four weeks.

The order dated 29th November, 2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioner be now released on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/-with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent Tihar Jail.
Application is disposed of.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
