% 08.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes amicably. Therefore, FIR No.244/2015 under Sections 435/506/34 IPC registered at PS New Ashok Nagar on the complaint of respondent No.2 may be quashed. It is further submitted that petitioner and respondent No.2 are known to each other and the FIR was registered by respondent No.2 on account of some confusion. Compromise deed dated August 29, 2017 has been placed on record and perused. Respondent No.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by ASI Arvind of PS New

Ashok Nagar. He says that he has compromised the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and has no objection in case aforesaid FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, the aforesaid FIR and all other proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. DASTI.
