% 14.09.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has settled the matter with the complaint for `4,00,000/-, inasmuch as settled amount has been paid to the complainant. Complainant, namely, Rajesh Kumar is present in Court and has been identified by SI Amit, P.S. Burari. Complainant admits having settled the matter with the petitioner. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and complainant and without going into the merits of the case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the
