% 18.02.2020 This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to stop unauthorised construction going on the land bearing Khasra Nos.487/2 and 486/2, situated in Village Devli, New Delhi. Respondent No.1/SDMC has filed a status report on 01.08.2019. As per the status report, demolition/sealing order has already been passed on 31.07.2019 and demolition action was carried out where 2 RCC panels have been cut at the first floor.

Respondent No.1/SDMC is taking steps as per law. None has appeared for the petitioner. Respondent No.1/SDMC shall continue to deal with the said property as per law. With the above direction the present petition is disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
