It has further been submitted on behalf of the State that the chargesheet has been submitted on behalf of the State without arrest of the applicant. Apparently investigation in the matter is complete. It is submitted on behalf of the State in reply to a specific query of the Court that there are no previous adverse antecedents against the applicant. In view thereof, in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
