Status report filed. Same is taken on record. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the case, he shall not press his application at this stage. 3.

Learned APP informs that the prosecutrix has already been examined and mother of the prosecutrix is under cross examination and thereafter only officials/proforma witnesses are remaining. 4.

Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 24.06.2014, Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same preferably BAIL APPLN.2691/2018

within a period of nine months from the next date of hearing before the Trial Court.

In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 6.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
