% 15.09.2015 Mr. Nandrajog says that an intimation has been received by the petitioner that vide communication dated 04.09.2015 issued by the Secretary, Institute of Indian Nursing Council, the petitioner is permitted to run the Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) Programme with an intake capacity of 30 seats, for the academic year 2015-2016. In that view of the matter, Mr. Nandrajog says that he has -€> instructions to convey to the court that the petitioner does not wish to press the instant writ petition, any further. The writ petition and the pending application are accordingly, disposed of.
