The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that respondent be directed to immediately renew the petitioner's certificate of practice as Notary Public.

Mr Makhija, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that in all probability the application has already been decided. However, he is yet to receive the written instructions in this regard. 3.
In the circumstances, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to take an expeditious decision in regard to the petitioner's application, if not taken earlier, and communicate the same to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible in any event within a period of four weeks from today.
