The present bail applications have been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners/applicants seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0302/2022 registered under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC at Police Station Kapashera, Delhi.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances that the applicant's already on interim protection and the fact that the chargesheet has already been filed without arrest, the interim protection granted to the applicants vide order dated 11.04.2023 is made absolute subject to payment of Rs. 3 lacs within 2 weeks. It is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicants be released on anticipatory bail subject to them furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned Police Station and also subject to the following further conditions:- (i) At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the applicants shall provide the mobile numbers, which they undertake to keep operational at all times during the pendency of the trial. (ii) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly try to get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.

(iii) The applicants shall inform the concerned Investigating Officer about their current residential address. (iv) In case of change of residential address/contact details, the applicants shall promptly inform the same to the concerned Investigating Officer/SHO.
