ARB. P. 570/2017 1.

This petition is filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') seeking appointment of a sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

The learned counsel for the respondent has today placed on record the minutes of the meeting of the Standing Committee dated 18.09.2017 whereunder it has been agreed by the respondent to refer the disputes to the sole arbitrator. Three separate options have been given to the petitioner. 3.

The said minutes alongwith covering letter dated 19.09.2017 has been filed in court and the same are taken on record. The Registry is directed to

scan the same and place it on record.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would like to accept the name of Sh.Jagmohan Lal, who is one of the proposed arbitrators by both parties to be the arbitrator. 5.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to this nomination.

Accordingly, Mr.Jagmohan Lal (Mobile No.9891426576), R/o 121, Ankur Apartments, 7, IP Extension Delhi- 110092 is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. A copy of this order be sent to the learned arbitrator.

Petition stands disposed of.
