% 08.11.2017 It is noted that the factum of settlement has been affirmed by respondent no.2/complainant as also the receipt of settled amount. Petitioner has also deposited the cost of `15,000/- with Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee in terms of order dated 9th October, 2017.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner (accused) and respondent no.2 (complainant), FIR No.335/2015 under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act (Amend), 2003 registered at Police Station Mehrauli and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
