O R D E R

% 23.02.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions states that the respondent is ready and willing to allow the petitioner the visitation right as agreed to in the settlement dated November 17, 2015 inasmuch as, that the petitioner shall have right of meeting and visitation right twice in a month i.e Sunday or any other holidays in a month and the parties shall decide the place to take the child mutually and further the petitioner shall take the minor child in the morning and return the child in evening to the respondent herein and the respondent or her family members shall not resist the same and it is further settled that the respondent shall inform the petitioner regarding any function/party or parents teacher meeting in the school as the

petitioner/husband shall have right being father of minor child and the respondent shall not stop the petitioner in any manner whatsoever for his right as father of minor child.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent shall not violate the terms of settlement as referred to above. The statement is taken on record. Noting the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner states, the same shall satisfy the grievance of the petitioner.
