Application is disposed of. CRL.M.C. 4987/2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 were working in the same office. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issues, which had led to registration of the present FIR No.230/2012 under Sections

323/451 IPC at police station Jagat Puri on the complaint of respondent no.

2. With the intervention of their common friends, petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. It is noted that charges have been framed under Sections 323/452 IPC and not under Sections 323/451 IPC. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Yogendra Kumar of police station Jagat Puri.

Respondent no. 2 submits that she has now settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.230/2012 under Sections 323/452 IPC registered at police station Jagat Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
