CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 04.01.2018 None appears for the petitioner. However, Mr. Mohinder J.S Rupal, learned counsel for the respondent/Delhi University submits that the respondent has, vide notification dated 03.11.2017, declared the result of the petitioner in the paper of 'Indian Political Thought' (code-A113), B.A(Hons) Political Science Part I and he has been declared as pass in the same. He therefore submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the only prayer for the petitioner was for declaration of his result in the aforesaid paper. It appears that, for this reason, none is present for the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. REKHA PALLI, J JANUARY 04, 2018 sr
