% 22.11.2017 It is stated by the counsel for the respondents that refund has been issued. Counsel for the petitioner accepts that the refund has been issued. However, he states that interest has not been paid presumably on the ground that the petitioner has submitted physical C forms at a belated stage. The respondents would pass an order relating to interest payable to the petitioner, if any, within a period of eight weeks from today and in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he will be at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
