% 24.05.2018 The Court would note that this First Appeal has been preferred against an order dated 03.04.2017 permitting the appellants to withdraw their claim petition.

It is the appellants' case that the Railway Claims Tribunal, Delhi would have the jurisdiction to entertain the petition since the appellants are residents of Delhi and not of Maharashtra.

The learned counsel for the appellants states upon instructions that he will move an appropriate application for review of the aforesaid order. At his request, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
