% 26.07.2018 Mr. Sudhir Kumar Sharma, son of Late Sh. R.B. Sharma, currently residing at House No. 996, Street No. 1, 3rd Floor, Kapeshera, New Delhi, states that he had locked the subject premises bearing No. 130, 3rd Floor, Back Portion, Krishna Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi-110029, on 29th June, 2017 and handed over the keys to the landlord/petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the landlord/petitioner states that although, Mr. Sudhir Kumar Sharma is no longer residing at the subject address, the premises continues to be under his lock and key. Mr. Sudhir Kumar Sharma states that he has no objection, if this Court were to permit the petitioner to break open the lock and take over possession of the subject property.
Directed accordingly.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press this petition any further. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
