% 12.12.2017 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the arbitrator is not acting in the absence of the respondent it has occasioned in filing of this petition and for terminating the mandate of the arbitrator. However, it is submitted by the counsel for the respondent that the respondent shall appear before the learned arbitrator on each and every hearing. Since the learned arbitrator has kept the arbitration proceedings in abeyance, so let both the parties appear before the learned arbitrator on 22nd December, 2017 at 4 PM at the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre and then the proceedings be completed expeditiously.
