O R D E R

% 21.01.2016 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.PC moved by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 481/2015 under Sections 365/323/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Najafgarh, Delhi Since it was basically a matrimonial dispute, therefore, the matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and the matter has been settled between the parties. The settlement agreement has been received, according to which, the complainant has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Counsel for the complainant submits that over and above the settlement which was arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre, there was also oral monetary settlement for a total sum of Rs.7,00,000/- out of which, a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- in cash has been received by the complainant today and that she has no objection if the petitioners are granted bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, he does not oppose the bail application.

Under the circumstances in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/SHO concerned. Both the parties will abide by the terms of the settlement. The bail application stands disposed of.
