O R D E R
% 24.01.2018 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.775/15 under Sections 419/420/467/471/34 IPC registered at Police Station Dwarka North, Delhi. Status report is on record.
(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 05.12.2017, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has since joined the investigation.

(3) During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner offered to pay `5,00,000/- to the complainant in terms of the order dated 26.05.2016 whereby co-accused Baljeet Singh was granted anticipatory bail on payment of `2,50,000/- to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment. (4) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner's offer to pay `5,00,000/- (Rupees five lacs) to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required. The petitioner shall pay `5,00,000/- to the complainant within two weeks without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any) through Investigating Officer. In case of non-compliance, the complainant/State shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
(5) The bail application stands disposed of.
