% 03.07.2018 By its order dated 20.03.2018, the Special Court has framed charges against the petitioner, inter alia, for the offences punishable under Sections 9(1) and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and under Section 354/354-A/506 Indian Penal Code, 1860. The case is at the stage of recording of evidence of the prosecution. The prosecutrix child has been examined but is yet to be cross-examined. Having regard to the nature of offences involved and the present status of the proceedings, no case of release on bail is made out at this stage. Dismissed.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
