% 18.09.2017 Mr. Rajat Malhotra has taken instructions and as per his instructions, the case of the petitioner was considered for PGT (Pol. Science) by the DPC held on September 07, 2017 but was not recommended for promotion as PGT (Pol. Science). He also states, that the DPC for the post of PGT (Economics) shall be held within eight weeks. Noting the aforesaid submissions and the prayer as made in the writ petition, this Court is of the view nothing further survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
