She states that she would like to go with her parents as she was under the influence of petitioner No.2 on the last date of hearing. Superintendent Nirmal Chaya will hand-over the custody of petitioner No.1 to respondent No.4 namely Ram Kishan Khichi. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition is disposed of.
