CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 04.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months to maintain social ties.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner has already been granted two furloughs in this year once in the month of May and the other in the month of September. Considering that the petitioner has already been released on furlough in this year, this Court finds no ground to grant parole for re-establishing the ties.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.

MUKTA GUPTA, J.
