The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.303/2015 registered under Sections 323/506/509/376 IPC at PS Bharat Nagar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2015. Upon completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been filed. Learned APP informs that the prosecutrix has turned hostile. The parties are closely related to each other.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
